I completely reset his Windows 10 computer and fully patched it and it happened again on the first try. Using TeamViewer, I connected to his computer remotely, rebooted, logged into the computer using my creds (first time), he logged into the RDS session as himself and was able to recreate the issue.
I have a single Windows 10 user that connects to an application server through RDS and when he interacts with the application it's producing double clicks when single clicking.
